Email FreightClass
This address is for website questions and corrections. We do not provide freight quotes or carrier classification decisions.
For a calculation question
Include the page address, input units, each group’s dimensions and weight, quantity, the result you received, and the result you expected. A short numerical example is more useful than a full shipment document.
For a source correction
Send the affected page address and a link to the current primary source or carrier document. Include the effective date if the correction relates to a density scale or a change in classification.
For an accessibility or privacy question
Tell us which page and control caused difficulty and, if relevant, the device or browser you used. Avoid including passwords, customer names, account numbers, or confidential shipment paperwork.
See the privacy notice for how contact information is used, or return to the calculator.
